What size are your cards?
The majority of our cards are in one of these three sizes: a standard A6 size, which is roughly 10 x 15cm, a larger rectangle size of approximately 12.7 x 17.8cm (or 5” x 7”), or 140mm square. However, we also make some 6” hammered square, mini, & numerous otherly-sized greetings cards. The dimensions of each card are listed in the product description.
If you cannot see the size of your card in the product description please drop us an email so that we can furnish you with the relevant information, & so that we can update our product listing for future reference!
All our cards can be posted with a normal first or second class stamp.

Will my card and gift be sent together?
Yes! Cards and gifts are printed or made in-house & will be dispatched together, unless you tell us otherwise e.g. if the gift is a bespoke item that takes a while for us to make & you would like us to send the card immediately but have the gift ‘to follow’.
Can I get a particular card made in a different size?
This is usually possible, but sometimes it depends on the design you choose. If you are a fan of ginormous cards, or just have a specific size in mind, please email us with your request & we will say yay or nay & cost it for you.

Have you got a shop? - Can I browse your wares in person?
We wish! Hopefully one day a bricks and mortar shop will become a reality, but for now we are based online. We occasionally have stalls at local craft or maker’s markets: please follow us on social media, or sign up for our newsletter emails if you wish to be kept informed of these events.

Can I buy from you over the phone?
Currently we can only take orders via our website as we don’t have the facility to take card payments over the phone.

How soon will I get my item/s?
This varies depending upon what you have ordered – some items are kept in stock but many are hand-made upon receipt of your order. Please see individual item descriptions, peruse our Delivery page, or contact us via email for more information.

I have not received a confirmation email – has my order gone through?
If you do not appear to have received a confirmation email for your order, please check your spam folder as it may mistakenly have been categorised as junk. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us and we will check on the status of your order for you.

Can I collect my order in person?
Whilst we would love to meet our customers in person, we don’t yet have customer-friendly premises so we are currently unable to offer pick-ups.
For urgent local orders we do sometimes offer a personal delivery, but this has to be within a close-enough radius of our premises in WF15, and there is a charge for the service. If this is something that you are interested in, please email us with your postcode & delivery request so that we can see if this service is possible for you.

Help! I need to change my order!
If you need to alter something on your order, please let us know ASAP via email and we will do our utmost to sort it out for you before printing or dispatch.

Why are your cards not wrapped in cellophane bags?
Because we love our planet! We are trying to be as eco-friendly as we possibly can and have eliminated plastic packaging from all of our goods where possible. As our cards are never handled by the public (as they would be in a shop) we are confident that they remain in pristine condition thus rendering protective covers more unnecessary.
We also try to re-use packaging where we can, to avoid waste.

Your payment system is being weird & I cannot complete the checkout!
Odd things sometimes happen in the ether! Please contact us if you are having any payment issues and we will endeavour to rectify the situation. We are most easily contacted by email, especially as we frequently monitor emails over the weekend and on evenings.

Where is my refund?
If you are expecting a refund and it has not arrived in your account please contact us by email & we will chase it up for you.
