Delivery

Cards & Badges:

Those that we have in stock will be posted out the same day (Mon-Fri) if ordered before 12 noon. Orders placed over the weekend will be posted out on Monday mornings.

Those that we print to order will be posted either the same day or the following morning depending on how much printing we need to do.

Cards are sent out via Royal Mail, & you can choose whether you want to opt for 1st or 2nd class. They go as a large letter in a card-backed envelope. 93% of Royal Mail 1st class items are delivered next day, so it is likely, but not guaranteed next day delivery. Delivery for individual or hand-fulls of cards & badges costs £2.25 1st Class, & £1.85 2nd Class.

Other Items:

The majority of our other items are dispatched as small parcels. This costs £4.80 1st Class & £4.10 2nd Class.

All our orders are processed daily, but items such as t-shirts are made to order, so can sometimes take a few days before dispatch

You will receive an email order confirmation, followed by an email dispatch confirmation, so you will always know where we are in the process.

We send out Larger Orders (over 2kg) via Recorded / Tracked Delivery or Courier in order for us all to have extra peace of mind regarding their safe arrival.

Delivery is Free on orders over £50

Posting to countries outside the UK

At present our website is set up to only calculate postage within the UK. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you would like items sending abroad. We are more than happy to do so, & always send these items tracked / recorded.

Orders going outside the UK may face additional import tax & duty charges before delivery can be completed. Muddy Turnip will not be liable for any such costs: payment of these charges are the responsibility & liability of the recipient.

 

Non-Delivery Policy

Your purchases will be delivered to the Delivery Address provided by you on your order details - so please ensure that this is current & correct. There may be an additional delivery charge involved if an item is returned to us due to wrong address information.

If you have not received your Royal Mail items after 15 days from the date of dispatch, you must check with your local sorting office, even if you have not received a “while you were out” card (occasionally we have found that the leaving of a card has been over-looked & an item has been returned to us marked “Not called for” without the customer ever having known that delivery was attempted). After these two conditions are met, we will issue a replacement or a refund for your undelivered item/s.
