A little bit of background info:
Muddy Turnip is a family-run indie greetings cards & gifts store. We love what we do, and we want you to love it too!
We began in 2011 when we started to host stalls at various craft markets & festivals in and around Yorkshire. We were thrilled to find that our designs printed on greetings cards, t-shirts, baby clothes, mugs, coasters & water bottles proved to be incredibly popular, and we have been, and are still, building up our product range to include other homewares, decor, apparel and accessories.

The vast majority of our products are designed & made in-house, they are printed on-demand and with great care, and we take pride in our good old-fashioned personal service with open and friendly communication – we are still learning as we go along, but we must be doing something right because our customers return time and again!

Muddy Turnip HQ is always full of hustle & bustle, and that's just how we like it. We are a small but passionate business, and we still get excited when we receive orders - the idea of someone choosing one of our products because they love it, for themselves or as a gift, makes us feel all gooey inside. Our stuff spreads smiles - how great is that?!

We aim to provide products that are personal, quirky, original, and high quality. We have the pleasure of making and selling items that can brighten someone’s day, and we sincerely glean joy from sending a little love out into the world <3
We genuinely believe that business can and should have a positive impact.
Wherever possible we have opted out of plastic packaging: there are no cello covers on any of our cards, & we use recycled & biodegradable material as much as we can - we have a cardboard shredder which we use to turn our excess boxes into packing material to pad out our deliveries - ensuring that your products arrive safely whilst also enabling you to recycle the packaging at your end.
(We still have a few polystyrene postal mug boxes to use up, but once they are gone we are moving to cardboard mug packaging).
